Wood plastic composite materials are durable and long-lasting construction materials obtained by combining wood powder and polymer components through special production processes. These materials offer aesthetic and functional solutions for both interior and exterior applications.

Superior Durability Compared to Natural Wood:
Composite products provide excellent resistance to external factors such as temperature changes, rain, and humidity. Problems like decay, mold, and splintering, which are common in natural wood, do not occur in composite materials.

Cost-Effective and Long-Lasting Use:
Compared to natural wood, they require less maintenance, reducing annual maintenance and repair costs to a minimum.

Arewood Composite Product Composition:

• 45% finely ground wood powder
• 45% polymer (PVC)
• 10% color pigments and protective components (anti-mold and anti-fungal agents)

UV Protection:
Composite products are designed with enhanced UV protection. They may exhibit slight color changes during the first 8–12 weeks but will stabilize afterward.

Water and Humidity Resistance:
They have very low water absorption, protecting the product from moisture and dampness.

Mold and Fungus Resistance:
Containing anti-fungal components, they are highly resistant to mold and fungal growth. However, regular cleaning prevents the accumulation of residues on the surface.

Painting Options:
Composite products maintain their natural colors for extended periods without requiring paint. However, they can be painted with special paints upon request.

2. User Guide

Maintenance and Cleaning

• Immediately clean oil, charcoal, and cigarette stains from the product surface. Leaving such stains for a long time can cause permanent marks.
• Avoid using chemical cleaners. Use soapy water or chemical-free detergents for cleaning.
• Use pressurized water and soapy water to clean pool water and dust accumulation.
• For persistent stains like charcoal and cigarette marks, sandpaper or a stiff brush can be used. However, sanding may cause color differences on the surface, which will normalize over time.

Installation Rules

• Composite materials can be cut, drilled, and screwed with standard tools used for wood.
• Recommended fasteners should be used during installation.
• To ensure an aesthetic appearance, install following the brushing direction of the surface.
